Developed in close cooperation with SPAX® , a world leader in fasteners, the SPAX® screw, which is exclusive to hardWood Clip , is made of extremely high quality A2 stainless steel. It is adapted to the most stringent requirements in terms of wood assembly, resistance and ease of use. SPAX® screws is also adapted for use with the hardest of woods, including many exotic species.

No pre-drilling required. Its patented "CUT point" separates wood fibers while ground serrations on the shank advance the screw with no splintering, even when very close to the edge of the boards.

The MULTI head, which is also patented, has ridges that mill and brake at the same time. They prevent it from twisting, especially when they reach the stainless steel inserts in the hardWood Clip fasteners.

When combined with the hardWood Clip hidden fasteners, SPAX® screws provide ease of use, maximum deck resistance and stability with no damage to wood and fasteners.
