Drill the holes for the plugs / Screw down the first board / Insert the plugs
Position the fastener / Screw it down at a 45° angle through the board and joist
Position the next board until it abuts against the fastener spacer
Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for all boards. Repeat Step 1 to screw down the last board.
