This fastener is also part of the “Professional” range. The ExtremeKD™ hidden fastener was specially designed and developed for use with kiln-dried (KD) wood boards.
Regardless of the wood board drying method, the ExtremeKD™ is the fastener of choice in high humidity climates, where boards will expand again after installation.
